Midcurrent: The Flies Of Greg Senyo

Recently Midcurrent ran a two part article series on Greg Senyo of Steelhead Alley Outfitters.  These articles included both an interview by Dave Karczynski and then in the follow up article it delves into the trying techniques involved in Greg's original patterns, the Predator Scandi and Tropic Thunder.

I've known Greg for several years now and our connection started when we found out that both of us work within law enforcement as our careers.  Fly fishing is our diversion and reprieve from a job that gets a little intense sometimes.  Over the years Greg has put his off-duty concentration on developing swing fly patterns using innovative tying techniques and unlocking the secrets to the "Steelhead Alley" rivers and streams.

It's been really neat to see Greg's rise within the industry in fly tying product development and his guiding business continues to grow as well.  The guy's got game and it's cool to see him profiled in these articles.
